Just over two years since the devastating Megabus crash that occurred in Litchfield, Illinois, the litigation on behalf of the injured passengers continues. The personal injury attorneys at Power Rogers represent several of the passengers who were on board the St. Louis-bound charter, including the one fatality that occurred.
On August 2, 2012, a Megabus traveling toward St. Louis veered off the road, careening into a concrete pillar, which provided support to the overpass between the north- and southbound traffic injuring more than half of the passengers aboard.
“It’s important to thoroughly investigate all of the facts in order to find out exactly what went wrong to cause this tragedy and achieve justice for our clients,” said Thomas M. Power, a partner at Power Rogers and one of the attorneys representing the victims.
